Non-surgical Rhinoplasty Before and After Pictures

Often the draw of non-surgical rhinoplasty lies in the instant transformation that it offers, without the same risks or lengthy recovery time associated with surgical nose job procedures. There certainly is something to be said for this however, as with any type of cosmetic treatment, your satisfaction and safety rely on making informed choices.

In this brief guide, we’ll help you navigate the fascinating (but often overwhelming) world of non-surgical rhinoplasty, revealing our essential dos and don’ts that can make a real difference to your journey. If you’re perhaps a little earlier in your journey and research, you might want to look at our non-surgical rhinoplasty guide before delving into this checklist.

A Non-Negotiable

Do have a consultation *underlines*. This is your basic starting point so that you can find the answers to all the points we are going to cover today and more. If someone offers you any cosmetic procedure without insisting on a consultation prior… RUN. AWAY.

During a consultation, you’ll discuss potential risks, as well as benefits, and they’ll assess you to see if you’re a good candidate. It’s also important that you ask any questions that you have.

Look Before You Leap

Don’t rush your decision. Take time to research non-surgical rhinoplasty (you’re doing a bit of that now, woohoo, go you!) and make sure you find the right practitioner for you.

Skill Matters

To find a reputable practitioner. We would always recommend seeking the skill of a medical professional because, as it stands, in the UK there is no protection in place for you; anyone can get their hands on dermal fillers and treat you…and they do. In fact, it’s such a problem that an independent, government-approved register has been set up to help the public find qualified, appropriately trained, and insured medical practitioners who specialise in medical aesthetics. It’s called Save Face, give it a Google.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses dermal fillers to reshape and smooth your nose but not just anyone should offer it; this is an advanced treatment area and it requires specific, advanced training. In addition, your practitioner should have an artistic eye so that they can see precisely where to place the product to get the best outcome for you.

It’s a Miracle!

Don’t expect a miracle. Don’t get me wrong, non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments can offer some stunning, often life-changing results but you need to manage your expectations; this is not a surgical treatment where tissue can be removed so if you’re looking for MAJOR changes to nose imperfections, non-surgical rhinoplasty may not be for you. Our guide might help you better understand what can be achieved non-surgically, it also shows some of our non-surgical rhinoplasty before and after photos.

Filler Up with Confidence

Ensure that your practitioner uses reputable dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid (it’ll be a synthetic version of the hyaluronic acid found naturally in our tissues) which have been rigorously tested for safety.

As we’re based in the UK, we choose well-known and respected products such as Teosyal, Restylane. and Belotero sourced from legitimate, reputable distributors. These types of quality products are not cheap, but then again who wants cheap fillers injected into their nose?

The Price is Right

Do pay a fair price. You’re not just paying for product when it comes to non-surgical nose reshaping, you’re also paying for your practitioners’ years and years (hopefully) of training, their medical qualifications, knowledge, experience, and artistry… which when put together translates into skill.

There will be some difference in price depending on where in the UK you have treatment but what I will say is to be cautious if someone gives you a price that is far lower than most other practitioners in that area. It’s a red flag and should make us question what product they’re using and whether is it legit. Are they paying for insurance? Where are they operating from? What qualifications do they have, and do they have specific training in this advanced technique? And how much experience do they have? All things to consider.
